While marketing, sales, operations, and finance leaders can all lean on their respective analytics platforms to drive growth, engineering and product teams have not had access to such a tool. Allstacks solves this by connecting all systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins, Slack, etc.) used by software teams to predict when your software delivery is at risk and deliver insights that give engineering teams a strategic voice in the boardroom.

About the Role
The Business Development Representative is part of the Go-To-Market organization at Allstacks and is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels to generate qualified meetings. You’ll be reporting to the Director of Business Development and part of a team of high-performers.
What you’ll be working on
- Source sales pipeline by targeting CTOs and VPs of Engineering, Allstacks can add value to the engineering org. Schedule qualified demos for the Account Executives
- Engage with VP and C-level executives at Mid-Market and Enterprise companies, in business and technical roles
- Use various research and prospecting strategies such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to pique interest and generate awareness to contacts in our target audience
- Convert prospects who engage with marketing content to qualified meetings and pipeline
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account research, strategy, and messaging
- Identify the needs of the prospective customer and communicate how Allstacks can help them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals
- Nurture relationships with prospects who don't immediately convert, keeping them engaged as potential future pipeline sources for Allstacks.
- Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of Allstacks Value Stream Intelligence / Software Engineering Intelligence Platform
Requirements
- Equivalent prior work experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in a quota-carrying position or you were compensated based on performance
- Experience with prospecting
- Previous experience using CRM and other prospecting tools
- Keen attention to detail + excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- A (healthy) competitive nature and high desire to win as an individual as well as a whole team
- Prior experience pitching to Engineering Leaders
